We serve breakfast and you have all the amenities of the B&B (bath aroma therapy, candles, hand made soaps, luxury bed and bath linens). You do not have use of the kitchen and dining room.
*Outside catering or any wedding food service is charged a $100 service fee if our kitchen is used.
Additional Private 3 room Hot Tub Suite - $300 (separate from main house - sleeps up to 4 guests - Great for the newly married couple)

Grounds fee of $150 is required for all functions for group over 14 guests that want use of our outdoor facilities.
Group Booking Cancellation Policy:
Cancel MORE than 90 DAYS prior to arrival - $25 p/ room Administrative Fee Charged.
Cancel LESS than 90 DAYS prior to arrival - Lose one night plus deposit.
CANCEL LESS THAN 30 Days prior to arrival - Lose full reservation fee & deposit (a signed contract is required stating that you agree to these Fees)
