Package #1
14 persons / $1295 + $20 p/person up to 18 people
(refundable $800 damage deposit)
We serve breakfast and you have all the amenities of the B&B (bath aroma therapy, candles, hand made soaps, luxury bed and bath linens). You do not have use of the kitchen and dining room.
*Outside catering or any wedding food service is charged a $100 service fee if our kitchen is used.

Additional Private 3 room Hot Tub Suite - $300 (separate from main house- sleeps up to 4 guests-Great for the newly married couple)

14 persons / $1,350 + $10 p/person up to 18 people
(refundable $800 damage deposit)
Includes all B&B amenities, but you will provide all regular meals and beverages, You also have use of the kitchen, laundry, and dinning room, All room amenities including our luxury bed and bath linens are provided.
*Outside catering or any Wedding food service is charged a $100 Kitchen Use Fee

4th Night 15% off
5th Night 25% off 6th &7th Night 50% off  p/night

Grounds fee of $150 is required for all functions for group over 14 guests that want use of our outdoor facilities.

Group Booking Cancellation Policy:
Cancel MORE than 90 DAYS prior to arrival - $25 p/ room Administrative Fee Charged
Cancel LESS than 90 DAYS prior to arrival -Lose one night plus deposit
CANCEL LESS THAN 30 Days prior to arrival - Lose full reservation fee & deposit
(a signed contract is required stating that you agree to these Fees)
