Standard Fees:

*Grounds Use Fee: $150 (required for any wedding over 14 people)

*Catering Kitchen Use Fee: $100 (if we cater there is no charge)

*Indoor Reception Dining Room Use Fee: $50 (if we cater there is no charge)

*Over see of Tent Set Up: $100 (mandatory if you use tents)

*Port-a-Potty Rental Fee: (Mandatory for groups over 30)

31-60 guests: $85

61-80 guests: $170
Optional Fees:

*Decorating of the House, Grounds & Seating: (ask for quote)

*Clean up of House & Grounds after wedding: $3 p/person

*Fresh Flower Arrangements:

-Small Arrangement: $45

(Includes container blooms & filler up to 10” in diameter)

-Medium Arrangement: $65

(Includes container, blooms & filler up to 16” in diameter)

-Large Arrangement: $85

(Includes container, blooms & filler up to 22” in diameter)

-Bud Vase Room Flower Service: $10 p/room

-Simple Bridal Bouquet with Ribbon Trails: $90

-Men’s Boutonnière: $10 each
