Saturday Afternoon Cooking Class

Two classes are available. Guests who would like a cooking class during their visit will need to have at least one other couple staying at the Inn wanting the same class. We can do classes during the winter months only. (Jan, & Feb) If groups of 4 or more want to schedule a class during the winter months, please request it at time of booking. All requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. So bring friends, and let's cook!

Demonstration / Participation Class - "Quick Comfort Foods At Their Best" or "How to Make a Recipe Your Own - Tricks Of The Trade"
Cooking Skill Level - Beginning to Intermediate Class Includes:

Your Own Biscuit Hill Apron
Your Own Biscuit Hill Wine Glass
Your Own Biscuit Hill Cookbook
Two Glasses of Wine p/person (or sparkling grape juice)
Demonstration of the preparation of 4 dishes
Hands on preparation of 1 dish p/person (# of dishes will be determined by class size)
Shopping list for meal to help you when you get home

All dishes will be enjoyed the night of the class.
