Romantic Biscuit Hill Inn at Canyon Lake

Diane & Dean opened the 5000 sq. ft. house in 1999. The house was designed to look like Diane's maternal grandmother's childhood home. A picture of the old home is in the Victorian Room. Many of that room's guests often ask how long it took to remodel the home after seeing the picture. Their Managers are Cara, and Matt Edwards. Matt is an excellent chef and he prepares the dishes from Diane's cookbook when he is on staff.

Culinary classes are taught at the Inn January & February. Click To View Classes Biscuit Hill has been featured in Texas Hill Country Magazine, and is listed as one of The Texas Food And Wine Gourmet's favorite Hill Country Inns. Biscuit Hill is one of only 17 Hill Country B&Bs identified on their web site. We are very proud to have been noticed by both of these groups. In the Spring of 2008, Biscuit Hill was also recognized and featured on the CBS Early Show.
